This Homemade Meatballs Recipe makes such tasty little gems that they deserve a more interesting name. They are very moist from the soup and the other ingredients add great meatball flavor.

They will add pizzazz to your next party as an appetizer or just add a sauce and serve over your favorite pasta for a whole meal.

Homemade Meatballs Recipe

Meatballs Ingredients

3 pounds ground beef
1 1/2 cups Italian-seasoned dry breadcrumbs
1 (10.5 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
3 eggs, lightly beaten
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 (1 ounce) package dry onion soup mix

Meatballs Directions

Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F. Line two baking sheets with aluminum foil and lightly grease.

Mix together the ground beef, breadcrumbs, cream of mushroom soup, eggs, Parmesan cheese, and onion soup mix. Shape the mixture into balls about the size of a golf ball. Arrange on the prepared baking sheets.

Bake in the preheated oven until no longer pink in the center, about 30 minutes. An instant-read thermometer inserted into the center should read at least 160 degrees F.

Great Recipe! Juicy and moist! The cream of mushroom soup really makes these homemade meatballs.
