Good To Know - If you have espresso coffee and don't want to purchase instant coffee, just brew a cup of espresso and
let it cool. Use 1/4 cup of it for the sauce.
If you don't have espresso coffee, brew an extra strong cup of regular coffee, then reduce it over a low flame. You can also
add 2 servings of regular instant coffee to a cup of regular coffee and reduce it until it is extra strong.
Food For Thought - This sauce goes with any steak - try it with grilled rib-eye or New York strip steaks. Drizzle any
leftovers on hamburgers or steak sandwiches for a real taste treat!
