Garlic Steak Marinade

This garlic steak marinade is good on any type of steak but it really does magic to tougher steaks such as a chuck steak. The tenderizing effect and the garlic flavor of the marinade are awesome!

Garlic Marinade For Steaks

Marinade Ingredients

1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
1/4 cup soy sauce
3 tablespoons garlic, minced
2 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 teaspoons ground black pepper
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon liquid smoke flavoring
1 pinch cayenne pepper
2 (1/2 pound) beef chuck steaks

In a medium bowl, combine the balsamic vinegar, soy sauce, minced garlic, honey, olive oil, ground black pepper, Worcestershire sauce, onion powder, salt, liquid smoke and cayenne pepper.

Place the steaks in a shallow, nonporous dish and pour the steak marinade over the steaks. Rub the liquid into the meat for optimum flavor. Cover the dish and marinade in the refrigerator for 24 to 48 hours.

Preheat an outdoor grill for medium high to high heat and lightly oil the grill grate. Place the steaks on the grill and grill to desired doneness.

If you're tired of weak flavors from most steak marinades you really should try this garlic steak marinade.
