Flank Steak Marinade

This Flank Steak Marinade will not only tenderize the flank steak but it also adds super flavor. Ideally you should marinade the flank steak overnight but even just 2 hours will work fairly well.

Marinated Flank Steak

Marinade Ingredients

1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/3 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1 1/2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 1/2 pounds flank steak

Marinade Directions

In a medium bowl, mix the vegetable oil, soy sauce, red wine vinegar, fresh lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, and ground black pepper.

Place the flank steak in a shallow glass dish and pour the steak marinade over the steak, turning the meat to coat thoroughly. Cover, and refrigerate overnight or at least a couple of hours.

Preheat your grill for medium-high heat.

Clean and oil the grill grate. Place the marinated flank steaks on the grill, and discard the marinade. Grill the flank steaks for 5 minutes per side, or to desired doneness.

Makes awesome fajitas!!! This could be the best ever flank steak marinade.
