Crockpot Meatball Recipe
This is an extremely easy Crockpot Meatball Recipe that can simmer all day and be ready when you get home from work.
Cook up a batch of spaghetti or noodles and dinner is ready!
Easy Crockpot Meatball Recipe
Ingredients
1 1/2 pounds ground beef
1 1/4 cups Italian seasoned breadcrumbs
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 medium yellow onion, chopped
1 egg, beaten
1 (28 ounce) jar spaghetti sauce
1 (16 ounce) can crushed tomatoes
1 (14.25 ounce) can tomato puree
Directions
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F.
In a bowl, mix the ground beef, breadcrumbs, parsley, garlic, onion, and egg. Shape the mixture into 16 meatballs.
Place the meatballs on a broiler pan and cook for 20 to 25 minutes in the preheated oven, turning one.
In a slow cooker, mix the spaghetti sauce, crushed tomatoes, and tomato puree. Place the meatballs into the sauce mixture. Cook on Low for 6 to 8 hours.
These meatballs are incredibly good. Tender, flavorful and delicious! If you try this recipe you may never make meatballs any other way again.
